Script/Hex Script Editing for Obeying Deoxys Needed

Hi guys ^^, someone commented on a topic asking for the hex script edit that forces all Deoxys in the FireRed(/Leafgreen) to obey you when they are caught in the wild, and it looks like someone neglected to answer them two months ago D:? So I'm reviving the topic here, I use Cygnus :), and got an obeying mew that way. That's the only hexing experience I have, as well.

I don't even know what hexing is, so I think I can safely assume this isn't something in the games and you should ask in...emulation...or...something. I honestly have no idea. I know scripting is emulation, so yeah. Go there? /dumb
