ability boosting berries?

hi all...ive been hunting for the Leichi berry in Ruby on mirage island and not had any luck getting the island to appear. anyways..im looking for the other berries like the leichi berry that once ur health falls below 25% they kick in and boost a specific stat.

now im wondering were i may find them? thse are the ones i can remember about:

Leichi: rouch 130 mirage island (RUBY/Saph only)
Staff: Jahri (that legindary mew equivilent in R/S)

i have no idea how to get the others and i dont have access to an AR or CB so dont say use this code: XXXXXXXX

FRLG, Colosseum and Cheating, basically. Your cheapest bet is getting a cheating device, although if you're getting Colosseum... that would be better - and it would corrupt your game. ^_^

The more you corrupt your game with a cheating device, the more you messed up using the code(s). Normally, cheating devices cause no damage to games whatsoever.

you can't buy liechi berry in colosseum, the only rare berries you can get is Salac, Ganlon, Apicot, and another berry I forgot its name heheh... but Liechi isn't available in colosseum, I'm 100% about it, since I have it

All cheating devices are susceptible to faults. Obviously, human erroe is the biggest (whether you input the code right or not), but if gets dusty or some of the elctronics come out somehow (annoying meddling babies for instance XD)... then they do have the potential to wreck your game even if you do use the code correctly. ^_^
