Pokedex problems...

Okay, I have every pokemon in the Hoenn dex, but it keeps acting like I only have 201 instead of 202. The Prof. keeps saying I only have 201, and the one guy wont give me the diploma. Plus I havent gotten a trainer star for it. I've double checked my pokedex and every one is in there. I think Deoxys may be to blame, as I used a weird code to get it.

Can anybody help me? I really want the game to reconise I have a full dex T_T

If you used a weird code to get Deoxys... then that'll probably be the reason. If you got all the others legitimately, then it will be the Deoxys that's causing you all the problem. :/

Yeah, but I tried using different codes to get deoxys and it still didn't work. I used the code from the offical action replay site for it, and I think that was the one that messed it up, as it causes it to "appear" in your PC and dex. Is there anyway to fix this? I hope I diddn't mess up my game:(

Catch the Deoxys legitimately. Codes obviously don't seem to work for you, so if you obtain it legitimately it should work. Alternately, if it actually isn't the Deoxys that's corrupting your game, try catching the other Pokemon again to see if that makes any difference.

I think it's the Deoxys that might've done it. It's either that or there are more Pokemon in the dex than you expected. Try looking through your dex and see if you missed any Pokemon or if one you caught pops up as a black box or a question mark. It sometimes occures while using Action Replay as it does just make Deoxys appear in your box and dex, instead of being normally caught.
