Unintentional Double Posting

Heyo. I've been having this problem for a few weeks now, and have decided to bring it to the mods' attention. Whenever I make a post in the community, I usually(but not always) get taken to a screen that says "This forum requires that you wait 45 seconds between posts. Please try again in 30 seconds." However, on the same page, I see the latest comments in the thread, including the one I just posted. It seems to me that somehow it keeps trying to post my comment twice, but this little 45 second wait-time is all that's keeping it from happening.

Any idea what's happening here?

They say its a server problem. I don't know for sure though. Rukario said they're looking for the source of the problem. Anyways, in the mean time I suggest you endure it.
