I dunno how to make the shiny background. Help would be appreciated. Meh, maybe I do... didn't give it much thought. Get one from another card and use it as a texture? Don't feel like editing anyhoo. XD

Edit: Made a shinyish background. Still not good, since the image is repetitive. When I get down to it, I'll make a more random one...

It's first attack is a bit overpowered. I would say change it to something along the lines of, "Flip a coin. If heads all pokemon in play are confused, except for Spinda. If tails, Spinda is confused." That way it would be a 50% chance.
