can someone make a hack with level 100 pokemon?

Hi,

I'd love to play a hack (set in emerald or firered) where the elite four use mostly uber/legendary pokemon all at lvl 100... it would be a really fun challenge I think. imagine vsing a level 100 rayquaza; followed by a mewtwo; then a grouden etc.. :)

Any chance of any modders/script writers out there able to help?
