Herro PokeCommunity. Who you see before you is darkblast, and what he is is for you to define.

I've actually (somewhat) recently gotten into online battling, and I've been a Pokemon fan my entire life. I was introduced to this community by the hacks database on the site (more specifically the Gold remakes), which in all honesty did prompt me to make this account. However, I think I'll like this site, and decided to try getting immersed in the community.

Charizard is my favorite Pokemon. Forever. I've liked him since the first generation and he still takes the cake afterwards. My favorite generation is the second, but I love the battling of the third.

I feel a sort of resentment toward the move called Stealth Rock.

I'll be jumping around to see what this site has to offer, but if anyone wants to give me any ideas here that'd be splendid. I like writing things and programming, and would enjoy to learn how to ROM hack.

Anyway, all put aside, here I am and hopefully here I'll stay, for a good while. Whether you reply or not, have a good day, and remember to say NO to pirates!

Hey darkblast !! Welcome to PC. lolz.

You say the gold remake brought you here, hahaha, typical, that game built PC helped a lot to make this site grow.

Anyways, as a pokemon fan your entire life for that matter, PC is the place for you. You like programming, well i guess scripting is the hacking department for you. Lolz. If you need help on anything, VM/PM me !! See ya around.

Nice to meet you too!

I'm quite impressed by that signature by the way. How did you manage those separate image links within one?

He made his signature using CSS. :] There are a few simple tutorials, if you're interested in that kinda stuff, over in Webmaster's Discussion (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=38). I use it when I make important threads to make 'em either more functional or just to look fancy. Haha~

Glad to hear you're interested in getting to know the community, darkblast. :D I think too many people join up just to download the hacks. Nothing really wrong with that, but it's nice to see more new members genuinely interested in becoming active members. I think you'll like it here too.

Can't really think of any pointers other than just make sure you're aware every board here has its own board-specific rules. A lot of new members don't happen to notice the stickied threads in each board... and it's always something to look out for. Other than that, just find some discussions that interest you and get yourself out there. PC is full of friendly people, so just speak your mind and you'll have friends in no time. If you do have any questions or need some assistance, you're more than welcome to send me a PM. :]

See ya around!

That's a cool avatar you got there. It has the second generation feel to it, and it's a Charizard, both which are extremely cool! I don't think Fireball is a move though. It has to be either a star shape or a stream. They should have a fireball move though. :3

Welcome to the forums. :D

Well from what you've said in your introduction, there are wuite the amount of things which can interest you, like the ROM Hacking (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=156) section. You've probably found it already though because it's just really easy to find. Might as well link you to the place anyway. :P Also if you're into that competitive scene, you might want to try out the Strategies and Movesets (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=197) area. We have our own Pokemon Online server, so you may be able to hop on there, make a team and try out some new sets with a Charizard. I'm pretty sure there should be one with Flame Charge now. :3

Welcome aboard, again, and have an awesome time here anyways! Don't forget you can ask me, or Hiidoran, or anyone else any questions you may have. :D
