Milotic Breeding

Everyone knows that Milotic is the most beautiful of all Pokemon. You know you can make Milotic learn things like Mirror Coat and Dragon rage while as a Feebas when you breed it correctly. In this thread I would like to know what you like to breed with yours.

If you want some move you should breed sertain Feebases, that have that move, that's what he meant I think!

If your asking what I think you are then I say my thoughts: I wanted my Milotic to have the move Confuse Ray so I bred a female Feebs with a male Lapras that you get from FR/LG.

I did not know Feebas was in the same breeding class as Lapras.

I bred a Psyduck with my Feebas to get Hypnosis o_O;.

Alright, but I also would like to know if anyone has been able to manipulate a Milotic stats based on breedind I.E. the parents.
