I think a a free version of the upcoming mobile app should be available so that users can test it out to see if they like it enough to spend money on. It could be set to have limited features and/or only work for a certain amount of time on the member's PC account.

Realistically, what's the app going to cost? $2? I don't really think it's necessary, it'd just create more work for whoever's making the app (Steve probably) when the amount of money at stake is so tiny.

Why pay for something you don't know you're going to like? Most Android apps have free versions that are either limited in features, have ads, or expire after awhile.

Why make this request when the product isn't finished yet? Hell, real details about it haven't even been released yet, so why the preemptive whining? I think maybe once you have a clearer idea of what's going to happen with the project, then you might have the right to politely ask for a demo version, but making this thread at this point is just silly.
