I desperately need to know if anyone has a link or knows locations to pokemon on fire red and leaf green games. I really need to know, so be nice and help me!!!!!!! LOL seriously. - Regarding Pokemon Locations : I have the walkthrough for FR/LG which has Pokemon Locations in so if you tell me what Pokemon your looking for I should be able to help you out.

- Regarding Quick Hatching : I don't think there is a code for that .... you could try places like codejunkies.com

The sticky threads are more important sorry. In Simple questions you can ask for locations and there are code threads with codes and one for requesting codes.
