Comedy satire, it's here on our TV screens. We hear about satirists in the news.

I love satirical comedy. My fave is The Chaser (our non-Australian users may not have heard of these guys).

So, do you like satirical comedy?

And why?

What's the best form of satirical comedy? (Celebrities, Politics, Sport etc.)

aaaaaa giant text

I'm a fan of the Chaser as well - there's some memorable skits they did, certainly (need one say more than the APEC stunt? =p). I quite liked CNNNN as well before Chaser was made by them - that was pretty entertaining. Then again as long as the humour is good I like all sorts of comedy. =p

The Chaser were awesome, best journalism I have seen in my life xD Too bad they had to end due to the Make a Realistic Wish skit D: Other than them I like the satire in shows like South Park and The Simpsons. For satire films I have enjoyed Blazing Saddles and Tropic Thunder.

No, they didn't end (The War on Everything) because of Make A Realistic Wish, it was actually Julian Morrow's decision to drop the show.

I actually watched "Make A Realistic Wish" and I knew it was offensive.

One of the other Chaser boys (Chas, I think it was) hinted on Twitter they might make a new show.
