Ok, so i am not new to the card game, i used to be number 1 player in my city, i stopped buying boosters after the first neo set, but i kept playing for a while longer, atleast all of the newo sets came out while i still played.

Now i want to get back in the game, i plan on entering the City Championship and that is modified, i am not very familiar with many of the EX cards, so is there any website that has lists every card from the EX sets and what they do, i want to see what all this new cards offer so i can build a modified deck with a neat strategy, so i have to read every card that exists in those sets.

Any other advice to an ex-pro would be good :) stuff like what should i buy etc.
