I can't remember the website I found it at (I'll check on my favorites when I get on MY computer), but I do know that with 1 HP, Flail and Reversal have 250 Base Power. The website gave all the Base Powers for the other HP% also, but I'm answering the 1HP question now since I know it. Lets see, Machamp:

1HP=250 BP Reversal
Paralyzed=Guts Activation
Attack=358 (average)

250 BP+STAB+Guts+358 Attack= 250 x 1.5 and 358 x 1.5=325 Power and 537 Attack. PWN

For Heracross, I'd rather have Swarm over Guts, if you're going the Endure/Reversal route, because at least you're planning to be at low HP anyway, and it powers up Megahorn by 1.5 times damage as well as having 200/250 base power Reversal (all the sites I find point to 200 base power at 1 HP, but all the ones I can find are GSC only, and don't include the RSFRLG updates, so I can't confirm which is the true base power at 1 HP)
