I need help QUICK! How do I catch the legendary birds?(on FR?)

I need help quick--- no matter what i do i cant seem to catch the darn legendary bird pokemon on firered. I need help now- i am standing right in front of moltres!
send me a private message- i wanna know if i use the ultra ball... do i have to use my master ball??

can i just post here? rather than PM you? i find that it's helpful to have a type effective attack against it, like one that'll blow it away (strong thunderbolt or surf) and reset until it uses endure first. then it'll have 1hp. once it has 1hp get a status condition on it (paralisis works best from my experience) and start throwing balls at it. timer and ultra work best.

I don't know where you get a timer ball. I don't have FR or LG (but I bet I will tommorow.)

You find the Timer Bal onl Ruby, Sapphire or Pokemon Colosseum, you can't find it on Fire Red or Leaf Green.

you can get the timer ball on Fire red,you need to wait for the salesman on Island 2 to import it.Anyway,you should have at least 20 balls of each,I used a good code and it worked,try Right +A,Up+B,Left + start,down + Select it worked for me! :D
