Oh kool, an Unlimited deck that really belongs in Modified. I can work with this very nicely...
Pokemon:
Ditch the Furret line, the Mime, and the M2X. We'll be getting much better MOD than that. 2 Rocket's M2X and 4 Dunsparce will be plenty for this deck (4). I'll also MAX the Beldum and Metagross, and bump up the Metang by 1, it'll work well with your Trainer engine (0). You might want to consider dumping Jirachi for a 3-1 Wynaut-Wobbuffet line, but that's up to you.
Trainers:
Ditch everything except Steven (19). In there, we'll run with this little number...
3 Oak's Research or Copycat
3 Swoop! Teleporter (switch out Jirachi for Beldum & evolve immediately)
2 Energy Recycle System
2 Pokemon Retriever
3 Rare Candy
2 ATM Rock
2 Magnetic Storm (pro-Psy)
2 Island Cave (pro-Metal)
=19 cards
Energy:
Dump the DCE for DRE, and that should work nicely.

well i like the furret line, for the local tourneys he just destroys everything and usually wins me games. and quick change is extraordinarily helpful when my hand is full of junk. also why should i use four metagross and only three metang? i understand with the rare candys, but also four metagross is going to be hard to use with only four metal energies, should i get some dark/metal energies as well?

1st attack-colorless energy- Strike and Run- search for up to three basic pokemon and put on your bench. Then you may switch dunsparce with one of your bench.
2nd attack-colorless-Sudden Flash-10damage Flip a coin if heads the defending pokemon is paralyzed.
You can find this card at http://pokemon-tcg.com
Private message me with a deck you want help with and I'll do the best I can.

Foos, please do not double post. It is against the rules.

Again, I fix for my own purposes. I don't like Furret, so I dumped him out. I can very rarely get out a S2 if I only have 2 of that card in the deck. For that reason, I like to MAX S2s with the Candy for speed and some S1s for ATMR protection. Also, remember that Metagross can move Metals around, so you can throw them anywhere you like whenever you like. I'm actually thinking that you should toss in the full compliment of Rainbow and Dark Metal energies, just to take advantage of Meta's power. Maybe a Metex, but that's up to you.

hey, sorry about the double post, new to the site, and you can only move metal energies around with metagross' power so you can't put rainbows down and still get em on o him. but im gonna use the dark metals once i get some. the trainer line you suggested is very interesting, i kind of like it except for the lack of oaks. oak is just too strong.

Team Compendium rulings: you can move any energy that provides Metal energy with Metagross's POWER. That means that you can use Rainbows with the power, as well as Dark Metals.
The Trainer line is made so that you can use the deck in a City Championship or other such Modified Premier level tournaments. Professor Oak is illigal in said tourneys.
