You could get the ticket at any pokemon store too there is more than one place.

Suikou sounds a lot like Raikou or Suicune. Looks like you combined the names togethor.

me and many other people are ok with sharking pokes that are only exclusive on nintendo events because many other people arent able to get them, aka people not able to go to the stores or not in the area of one... thats y nintendo needs to stop making dumb events and just put them in the game =\

I have Deoxys on Leaf Green. I used a AR to get the AuroraTicket to Birth Island. I have Defense Deoxys of course. It's Def. and Special Def. are great, but as we all know, it's Attack and Special Attack stink. I also have a Lv. 87 Jirachi I got from my friends Fire Red game (they got it from Sapphire/Collusseum Disc).

Their should be some way to get them in-game, like something you have to say at the word bits in pokemarts, because finding Gamesharks/Action Replays etc. in Australia is EXTREMELY hard, and I'm not flying overseas to New York to that pokemon center.

I went to the Pokemon Center around December and they weren't giving out Deoxy. The only thing I got was an Egg. Turn out to be a Chansey with Wish. Better than nothing I guess.

They said they will give out Deoxy after the movie premieres or DVD comes out.

I used action replay to get deoxy. It really messed me up though as I got evey pokemon the normal way and it acts as though the dex is incomplete, (which it isn't, I've gone though the list a zillion times and everyones data is in there)

Eh, well at least I have one. Personaly though I don't really like it. My mewtwo is a much better fighter and looks even cooler, but thats just me:P

I used an AR to get my first Deoxys, but the thing didn't listen to me. Then my friend found a way to get one, but it still used the AR. The code he used for it made it shining, and it is gold with green stripes. The down side is that it was lvl 1. Looks sweet and has great stats though.

Yeah, that Deoxys is pretty cool. It's got gold body and a green trim. Knows Psycho Boost, Thunderpunch, Firepunch, and ExtremeSpeed. It's also got perfect IV's and EV's. It's way Awesome! Still not as cool as Tyranitar or Fearow, but still cool.
