well... as PC's most 'renowned' banner maker, my rating might be harsh... probably not tho. it's just that pixelated look on it. i can't tell what the thing behind DK is.

oh... i see it now. if the colors weren't so messed up, and the background and text were more complex, it would be really good. i rate it 4/10. you said you wanted an honest rating...

Make it more of a banner size, make the width longer than the height by a couple of hundred of pixels.

You should try getting a better graphic program, like Photoshop, or if you don't have enough money then you can just search google for a free one, since I'm sure there's heaps out there. ^^
