I just worked really hard on getting pokemon with the perfect characteristics. it took me a long time with the milotic, and it's no easy feat getting milotic. so, what moves do you suggest?

You'd have to sub on the switch for subPunch to work. It won't be able to survive much to just do it head-on. Use Cross Chop if for some reason you don't like subPunch.

Milotic - give it more Defence EVs, it's Sp Def is more than high enough. Toxic over Refresh, since you want to get status effects (and Milotic can survive even with Toxic on quite happily for a few rounds).

Electabuzz/Magmar - already covered. Thunderbolt over Thunderpunch please, and I don't see the benefit of HP Dragon when Magmar makes for a decent anti-Skarmbliss. Consider Quick Attack somewhere.

Blissey - Natural Cure please, otherwise it's standard.

Milotic:I like it to be more of a Special Sponge, the Toxic will eventualy catch up to it.
