now... once again you need to...
a) give us your DREAM TEAM instead of the team you have now. It's much easier to fix and rate. Plus you need to know what you're aiming for in order to know what to do too
b) assume all lvl 100s to be fair in battles and calculations
c) do not use 1.1 item boosters
d) check your Pokemon's stats to see if they support your moveset
e) list out your desired personality... they play a big role in the game
and there's a lot other things to work on#too... check ou| the advanced trainer's guide in the Pokemon RS section for some general advices about team building

I Dont Want To Hear Stuff Like Dont Give Them This Item Because Its Only A 1.1 Boost! I Want An Answer Like I Would Put A Oran Berry Instead!
And Assume They Are All Level 100 I Dont Have The Time To Figure Out What Moves I Would Have On Them
Just Rate My Team Like This
Milotic Great Moveset But I Wold Not Have Hydro Pump On IT
I Would Give It A 4/5 Okay Like That
Also One More Thing I Will Not Post A Dream Team I Think That Is Pointless I Want Advise On The Team I Have Not The Team I Want

get on netbattle with one of your teams... and be prepared to be sweeped by one pokemon alone called snorlax. that's the power of these "ev" "roar" "junk of ours."
if you're not convinced that the strategies we give you will maximize your potential, then the best way to prove this is to try it out. Hop on to any online Pokemon battle program, and be amazed... prepare yourself to enter a cognitive dissonance.
also, what you mean by battle is most likely against the computers (aka fools.) How terrible are the computers?
Chikorita can sweep 3 dragonites, charizard, gyarados and aerodactyl. How sad is that? (OHKO for 5 of them, and 2HKO for one of them) Very...

Lets say me and you battled
You send out Blastoise
My first was Typlosion
You just attack with Surf without thinking.
Im way faster so I use Roar, I scare your Blastoise away. Some random guy comes out, its useless against me so you switch back.
Im still there so I know blastoise is coming so get a free hit with Thunderpunch or Earthquake.
Another attack cause im faster.
See how useful Roar is? Just cause it does 0 damage doesn't mean its useless.

not to mention it's combo attack with spike to do 25% damage... it switches pokemon to mess up your plan and it damages too... very deadly move.
It saves you in many ways, such as pseudohazing the deadly curselax, roaring away mean looking Umbreon and Dusclops, and can do a lot more wonders then just "no damage."

Frost brings up some good points, on Netbattle/RS/GSBots a Cursing Snorlax is that last thing you need to get traped in. In 3 turns your Pokemon are useless targets, Haze and Roar are life savers. Haze makes all after status effects and powerups go away. Pokemon teams need moves like theses not just brute force. The only Pokemon I use brute force with is my Aggron, its Atk and Def are amazing, but its Sp.Atk and Sp.Def suck. So I used strategy.
Lv:100 (maxed out)
Ability:Rock Head
Item:Leftovers
Double Edge - Nice attack power, Aggrons Rock Head stops it from taking 1/4 of this moves power
Iron Tail/Brick Brake/Aerial Ace - Good to use on Dragons, Ice, Rock./brakes walls and is an overall good move/Can't miss, good against Aggrons x4 Fighting weakness.
Rock Tomb - Aggron is very strange, it doesn't learn Rock Throw/Slide. So I gave it this. It also lowers speed.
Earthqauke - Everyones fave physical move, 100 damage and accuracy. Nuff' said

Hm... Aggron isn't the best example. This is more like it...
This Pokemon does no damage at all, yet it destroys all sanity out of the opponent. This will prove that no damage moves can be lethal, if not even more deadly than damaging moves if you planned things out strategically.
Dusclops- bold @ leftovers (EV: Def, Sp.Def)
-mean look
-double team
-rest
-curse
so what the heck? 3 no damage moves, with curse being the only move capable of doing damage but sacrificing 1/2 of your hp? this is ridiculous!
However...
1) Lead off with mean look so your opponents cannot run. Make sure that the opponent doesn't have shadowball, crunch, OHKOs, skill swap or haze/pseudohaze. Now they can't run, so you know what's your target going to be now
2) Proceed on with double team increasing your evasion. With pressure, the opponent will run out of PP very quickly especially moves like Fire Blast, ice beam and Aeroblast. Use rest when you're low on hp to go back to full hp while your opponent is getting frustrated with the pressure/double team combo. It's an excellent strategy to waste PP. So what if you have awesome damaging moves? You got no PP to use it... Dusclops's defense is at an all time high plus it has personality bonus boost in defense. Trying to crush Dusclops is very difficult.
3) Now that you got max evasion (6 double team), you can start attacking. Rest up to full hp first (while your opponent is struggling due to no pp, or trying his/her last effort to scratch you). Then use curse. It does do damage to your hp, but so what? They can't hit you. They have low PPs as well. Use rest to heal up. Now curse will slowly drain away your opponent's hp. Now it's just a matter of time. Due to Mean look the opponent can't run, so they are doomed for life.
4) Use mean look, rest, curse, then rest again. GG
Now it's too late even for pseudohaze as roar/whirlwind are affected by accuracy. Only haze can save you now as it eliminates those double teams. Dusclops will continue to sweep your team with curse+rest, while you try in vain, with useless efforts to kill it.
So how can you manage to defeat this Dusclops? Only with roar. Switch to someone with roar immediately, and switch it out before it can use its double teams. By switching you just eliminated mean look, curse and double team all at once. Without the pseudohazer/hazer, you're screwed for life after those 6 double team.

quick note on Spike's roar example:
Roar always goes last, so you'd get hit first. That's why Skarm makes an excellent pseudohazer in GSC, because its physical defense is 378, and it has the type advantage to negate almost all physical forms of attacks damage wise. Of course, no one uses it against a special sweeper.
Anyways, to the kid with the anger management issues,
If Frosty tells you to read something and then come back to repost it, that means you should go read it, UNDERSTAND it and then come back. Just like you wouldn't ask a Professor to mark the work of a kindergartener, you wouldn't ask for team ratings of Lv 30 in a forum suited for competitive battling, correct?
Unless you really do send Lv 30s into battle against Lv 100s.

Roar is crappy? Well for your information, Roar saved me from my Absol abusing cousin who uses swords dance/Double team combo!
*sighs at people who watch too much anime*

Absol with swords dance and double team should be very easy to beat. It's one major setup operation that's too long for Absol. Absol's defense is low... just attack it while it's buffing up and it'll be in red at least when it's finally finish setting up. At that time, bring in Skarmory and finish the job... (Skarmory > Absol in any way possible. Return or shadowball is like whatever to Skarmory. Or just switch in Skarmory from the very beginning and buff up spike while he's buffing up a doomed absol)
