how do I get the pokemon in my profile to show my team on R/S?

I mean like this:

See how it says "Team Leaf Green" and shows the pokemon on his team, where do I get the pokemon to show so I can show my team on saphire?
Also what are those weird looking colored pokemon that say like "adopted from (blank)"

you have to find the sprite in question from the Internet then you gotta use [IMG] tags to make the image show up.

First of all Find the Sprite you want to.
Goto ImageShack.us -------> Host it ------------> Find the URL of the Image
Post it like this [*img]http://theimageurl.image....[*/img] without the star.
And You could read the FAQ Next time.
