Once I log out and return to the forum index, I'm logged in again! Somebody help me!!

Clear all cookies. That should help.

when you log out it should say clear my cookies.just press that and your done.

If you are Using FireFox
Goto Tools --> Options ---> Privacy ---> Clear all Cookies.
If IE
Delete Cookies Manually by Going to C://Windows.(Or your main Drive)
Or If you have a software like Clean Center use it to remove your cookies.
