Why can't I get into the chat? Is it for mods only?
Whenever I tried to go in it, it will say 'connection error'.
Is the chat down?

Please try to improve your spelling.
No the chat is not down. You need Java Runtime Files Installed in your computer.
Its a big 14MB Package -- Get it here http://java.com
Or is it http://sun.com
I'm not sure.

You may want to improve your grammar, spelling & english.
Don't criticize other member's it is rude.
And for not being able to get in the chat, sometimes for me is I have to restarter my computer because if you have Java it can sometimes act up :D

And if you can't get in via the Java chat, you can always try using normal mIRC (http://www.mirc.com).
