I'm just wondering, what is the strongest EX pokemon? Is it EX-charizard?

There is no strongest ex card, there is no strongest pokemon card because each card can get killed by another card. Charizard ex can be taken by a strong water type, that water type can be taken by a strong electric, etc.

HP wise, which doesn't have anything to do with strongest, is Wailord ex with 200 HP. Charizard ex has 160 HP.

I think it is Ninetails with 90. There are some others with 90 too.

Why don't you go to www.pokecorner.com (http://www.pokecorner.com) and look there and it shows pictures of every card and what they do. It would probably easier for the both of us.
