That is I guess supposed to look like that(He is Running towards Mega Man)also it makes it look like Bugsy is going faster...

Megaman's mouth isn't moving!
:o Makes your comic look much better. Add a pixel or too and you're done. Other than that I really don't know what to say. It wasn't funny or anything. If this was a big Comic series this would be a major strip... =/

Erm, I don't get the Bugsy thing too well. The spriting is nice and clean though.
As for the second, the background is too bright. Try making a different color on Paint for the sky. The "I'm bored" was funny!

Tanks for the feed back I have another comic but it realy isn't a megaman it's more of a E. Gadd(from Luigi's Mansion) comic, and I made it a while back
