Nooo...
The 25 letter rule is enforced to prevent spam. I reckon it shouldn't be used in Fun Time because that's fairly spammy anyways...
If the 25 letter rules was not enforced you'd have posts like:

"e sux pwns u"
"hey"

What do you think about all these little kiddies making mindless suggestions? I think they're annoying! Even more annoying than the 25-character rule!

Seriously, is it THAT hard to make a meaningful post? PC isn't a chatroom, or MSN, or anything else similar. PC is a forum, and we don't need people who can't be bothered to make their post more meaningful, rather than bypass and bash the character limit.

Everyone is typing things like (25 letter rule) to bypass it, so it's just plain useless!

But the people who do that however, may get reported by members who notice this.
Or they get bad rep. Either way.

Yah, Ty is right. ^^ A forum is a message board, really, but more complex, and you're posting up things that matter. Can't abide the 25 rule? We have a chat room, darling.

hey(stupid 25 character rule)

Tell me honestly, would you want every member to type that? I know I wouldn't. It's called spam.

The 25 letter rule should only be disabled in the trivia section... Because you only need 1 word answers (in those name games). Other than that, I don't see anything wrong to it. DarkPegasus, I don't get you... *stupid 25 char limit... o_O*

As said above, the reason for the rule is to stop spamming. Can you imagine how much worse things would be if it was turned off?
We'd have replies like "ok" everywhere, and the spam would significantly increase.
If someone continually abuses the rule by using *24 character rule sucks* etc. then they can be reported and will be sent a warning -it is spam after all ^^
