A total "noob" needs your help on this deck!

1) get this to 60 cards; and
2) offer some cards as replacements / additions?

Please go easy ... I'm new to this game.

OK hi well first the cards here are from some of the older set so they won't be legal for the tournaments being held right now, but if your just playing for fun ok.
Here is what I'm thinking with the cards you currently have.

3 Electrike

3 Potion
2 Prof. Oak.

Ummm what I just put is lacking 13 cards and that won't do. If you want just add some of the other pokemon to it, but I firmly suggest sir that you go to a retail store and buy one of there starter decks for $10 perhaps the Team Aqua expansion that's one of the better decks. If you were to get one of the starters any one of them I can tell you exactly which cards to get and ones to take out. Sorry I couldn't help much with this deck.

Rainbow energy hurts... and double rainbow energy helps a lot.

A couple of good trainers like Celio's netwowrk do good.
