Double Team will give the Time Spending moves time to take affect without being hit.

Since Future Sight and Doom Desire do the exact same thing, I'd rather give it Psychic. Unless EV'S go only into defenses and HP.

that moveset of spike razzor is one of the most usefull moveset for jirachi...

Another excellent addition to the rain dance setup... though water/electric moves are already loaded from other Pokemon, Jirachi's Water Pulse and Thunder makes a powerful paratraction combo, especially with thunder and 60% par rate.
