This is just a crazy idea but if you go in to a double battle would this be a ok stratergy?

You could have a Tyranitar and a Sandslash with the ability Sand Veil so that the battle begins with a sandstorm so that Sandslash automaticly begins to gain evasiveness then Sand slash could open the battle by using Double Team then Tyranitar could use something i havent thought of yet.

Anyway this is just a crazy idea

I don't know... I guess if you really want to. They wouldn't be that great of a team, especially if they are up against water Pokemon, that just happen to know Surf.

At least put Focus Punch on Sandslash.

Sandslash is awesome. Focus Punch is a near-worthless move in 2v2 however. Your strategy will not work, at all. Tyranitar is weak to Sandslash's best move, evasion is even less effective in 2v2 than in 1v1, and Double Teaming just wastes your turns. This is a VERY bad idea.

Double team is not that good because after sand dune increase's Evaisiveness.Double team would work much after a few uses.Double team is not that good for that type of team.
