Gardevoir can feel it's trainers feelings, and I dont think a stupid Pokémon can do that~

Latias and Latios, they can understand us, and kinda talk to us~

Lapras, as shown various times, it can use Telekinesis to talk to us, and understand too~

Those are my guesses, but I think most Psychicals are the "smarties"~

The humanshape fighting types, in particular Machoke. I dunno... as goofy as the anime makes it out to be, it still "feels" smart to me. Like it would be your best friend. Psychic types seem snotty. Well, Machoke does have humanlike charactieristics physically, and I doubt mother nature would waste that one a creature who's not so smart. So to me, Machoke is one of the more gifted Pokemon.

FLYGON! Its one of the most intelligent dragon-pokemon (Like Dragonair and Dragonite) Anyway, it looks intellegent.

Slowking can also be considered"smart", considering that it searches the world over for answers. Of course, it has one simple little problem: if the shellder on it's head ever comes off(it can be removed???), it loses all the knowledge it's learned. SB

Hmmm.....I consider Meowth to be a smart Pokémon. Any Pokemon that can learn to speak English and be part of a moniacal evil team, must have some brains somewhere. I mean, Gastly speaks english aswell, it might be smart. It's been apparent that both of these Pokémon are smart. But if I were to choose a none-talking Pokemon, i would choose....Pikachu. It is so alert and it always knows the attacks there doing. Hmmm....I don't count legendaries when doing this post because there too Uber to consider...so yeah.

Brain1: surface area of cone= r*l*"pie"
Brain2: l=r x h

I just wonder what we're comparing intellegence to. As smart as humans, other Pokemon, or other real life animals? In a sense, I'd say all (or at least most) Pokemon are at least smarter than any average animal. However, there are those who still seem to be driven by instinct, I guess like Rattata. And even so, a trained Pokemon can easily surpass the abilities of a wild one. I'm pretty sure it includes intellegence. Plus, if the theory of "Pokeblock metamorphisis" and the idea that Pokemon become like their trainers holds true, then I guess it's possibly you could have a little Pidgey genius.

(There I go again, rambling on as though anyone is really going to read all that. -_-;)
