#1 - I think its because Shedinja needs souls to continue "alive", since it doesnt moves and eats nothing... Or Im playing so much Soul Calibur 2~ xD

#3 - I dont think from the moon, I think they already existed in the erath, before the humans. What could explain the Prehistoric/Fossil ones?

#6 - I think that theres a "Dark Hole" inside of Dusclops body, and not "completely hollow", like tehy say. Maybe this Dark Hole is like his stomach or something, meh, will complete this one later on...

In the mangas and the show it hints that Pokemon have no true "origin". In one manga I was reading, I cant remember the artist I lost the mags (my house burnt down), a professor hints his theory is that they came from the moon.

In Japanese tales, ghosts and humans have a soul hole right on their heads. If someone poke there in a human, the human will not lose his soul after death. However in ghosts, if you poke there, they'll vanish.

It happens because Shedinja is a ghost pokemon, therefore having no soul itself. The hole on its back was where Ninjast came out of, and Shedinja is only a shell. Inside to hole is a path to the place where Pokemon go when they die, so, if you touch it, you go there. ((Just a guess and made-up stuff))

When a mommy Pokemon and a Daddy Pokemon love eachother verry much... they go to the shrine in Illusion Forest and pray to Celebi, who brings them an egg.

In the comic and cartoons, they say they came from th moon. I say they evolved from aneobas like every life form.

Inside a Pokeball is a large room where Pokemon stay in. They have a working fridge, colour TV, a bed, and a couch. The better the Pokeball, the bigger and better the room is. So, the Masterball has a large room. No wonder it catches a pokemon everytime it is thrown...

Not really sure...

The Dusclops digests it and turns it into chemical acids which float in he air, unseen.

About Shedininja.... in the Pokedex in Emerald, it says that "there is a folklore that if you look into the hole on it's back, you will lose your life" (direct translation from Japanese version, so could change in the English one.)

Note the "folklore" bit. It's only a folklore.
