Hello, I suppose I'm posting in the correct category? Heh, just want to say my greetings to the community, I hope to have a great time here!...

...anyways, back to business, the main reason I got here was to take up Hacking. So, if anyone were so kind as to direct me to any helpful threads, I would be grateful :D

Welcome bladereaper

Glad you joined. Sorry i cannot help you, i don't do any hacking. Anyway there are a lot of people here that do & i'm sure you'll run into many of them :) From what i've heard PC has a large area that covers hacks.

So enjoy & hopefully i'll see you around :)

Hey There! You're in the right section no need to worry! Welcome to PC.

I see you're into hacking. That's cool. I haven't made a hack myself but I've tried a few. As for the sections for hack I suggest you check out the Emulation section (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=156). From there you can find all things related to hacks and even post hacks of your own that are completed or finished.

Hope you enjoy yourself and if you ahev any question feel free to ask one of our friendly mods!

Have fun here! Hope to see you around.

Saying hi as a new member is the purpose of these threads, yes! So you are posting in the correct section! I'm happy that you seem to be conscious about not breaking any rules and about posting at the right sections, because that is a good quality to have. :) I suggest that you make it a habit to quickly read the rules that a specific place has, as well as the forum-wide rules thread of PC (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?p=6446812) so that you will be certain as to where threads belong! If you still have a few unsure questions that don't seem to be answered in these local rules and stickied threads, though, feel free to ask the moderator handling that section about your thread. They will be happy to help.

Ashketchum24 and AWsquared linked you to the right place, too! That is hard to navigate though, so if you think you'll need some help looking for helpful threads and how that section works then better seek a good mentor in our Adoption Center (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=289636) to show you around! You won't get help with hacks and the process of making them though, because your mentor only extends to the section of choice. I wish I knew more about Emulation so that I could direct you myself to some good threads but um, for general threads this sticky (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=287407) might help! Scroll down to the ROM Hacking Helpful Links header and check those out. :D

I think the best thing to do now though is to explore the forums, especially the Emulation section that Ash and AW linked. Look at tutorial threads, get inspiration from fellow hackers, and download some tools from the toolbox there; those are just a few places to start. Maybe lurk some more unless you're sure you've got the hang of things, but don't be afraid to speak out all the same. I wish you well, Bladereaper. Welcome to our humble community.

Hi BladeReaper07, and welcome!

You also came for hacks? We happen to have the Emulation board, which the members above already directed me to. Our hacks were made by well-experienced members in that field, and you'll meet loads of other hackers too!

Also, going by your avatar, do you happen to be a fan of Sword Art Online by any chance? Why not tell us more about yourself so we can get to know you better? There's other places besides the hacks you can check out here, and feel free to contact any mods if you need help!

Hi bladereaper07, welcome to PC. I am also a hacker. You should check the Emulation section because it's the best place for hackers.
