Hmmm.... salamance your sprites are OK, but once you have made them, don't resize your sprites. Just try making the backround a bit less big. Try going to Image> Attributes> Height: 100 Width: 100. The sprite won't change, but the backround will. And if you want salamance king, I can help you out with your spriting! ^^
