It looks like dratini has no head/neck area(I know he's like a snake,but there should be some bulge there) nice shading though :)

I did try an arcanine doing fireblast, but it just prooved that i was jumping too far ahead before i had the experiance to do so. Basically, it was pretty rubish... But all the same, i gave up and drew this articuno this morning. I'm gettign quick. This one took only 30 mins.

I just may suggest using the program u use for your other art like your sig..
