okay I want to make a new region so I got the resources however it wont show the title screen anybody help me and I need help makin g the game engine so you can catch pokemon and etc..

Are you using a game maker or are you using a programming language to create your own game engine?

Nobody mentioned RM2K3. It's up to him/her on what program he/she decides to use, if he/she even uses one.

I use rm2k3 I had a year ago and the title screens were working fine but not anymore also how can I make the game engine to catch and store pokemon
