In any game, what was your worst failure?
(something your tried for so long just to fail at it)

The time when I was trying to obtain the S Rank in Resident Evil 2...its where I had to beat the Second Scenario in an 1hr and 30 minutes!...without using any healing items like herbs and First-Aid Sprays. I go to the end in good time...did I forget to say without saving it...and I forgot about the second to last boss...he killed me in about 3 seconds...GAME OVER! I was like someone stabbed me with a rusty knife and laughed.

I was going to defeat that last boss thingy [dont remember the name, sorry~ =P] at The Legend of Zelda: The Oracle of Ages, and my mom called me, I answered her, and when I looked at the GBC sscreen, I was DEAD~
It was very uncool at first time, but I liked to fight it again and again~ o_O

When i was playing Golden Sun, i was battling these monsters on a ship.. and after like.. the 5th or so round.. ._. i looked at my gameboy and the battery was red.. so after another long battle i went to go save.. and while it was saving it turned off by itself..
and so i enter the title screen to see what happened.. and it said i had corrupt data and it couldnt read it ;__;..
(luckily i always keep 2 files in case that happens.. so i didn't have to start my game from scratch) @@...

Veran?

Anyway...I'm proud to say that I don't usually die in video games. I try my best not to. I play games for the stories, and not too much more. So when I play, I want them to be narative and flow nicely. Wouldn't it be weird if you were watching a movie and then it says "Game Over" and then somehow everything continues? Yeah, so I try not to do that. None of my Zelda games have any Game Overs except for the original Zelda.

I keep loosing at the Fusion Dragon in Golden Sun though, I'm too weak and I saved at a stupid spot so I can't return after training. I have to rely on luck now.

My best friend made a game in RM2K called The Cave. I couldn't get past the first room o_O Which was one of the ones that's almost filled with boulders and you have to push a path through them.

First time vs Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts. If you catch on to how he fights, it can be very easy, but when you don't know what happens, expect pwnage within 3 or 4 seconds =P

At least in other games/bossfights, you have something on your oponent the first time around. Even if it's not enough to win, at least it's something...

With Sephiroth, you have nothing... And even if you catch on to it, a small careless mistake can kill you. For example, in the middle of a combo, Seph dissapears and appears across the field. You finish your combo, but it leaves you with a split second to decide:
-run up to Seph before he says Sin Harvesting and attack him
-Strike Raid from the middle
-run to the other side and wait to use an elixer or potion

Usually, you'll choose the right choice, but it's easy to screw up.

Legaia Duel Saga 2. I couldn't get out of the sewers which was around about a quarter through the game, so I stopped playing it for a while and said I would get back to it later. About a month went by and I brought a new game and gave it back to the friend I was borrowing it off. o.o;

In FFX-2 where you have to fight the Magus Sisters, I kept getting killed no matter how much I tried. x_x; I'd be getting somewhere, then they'd hit all my characters with something that really lowers their HP, so I'd try to use a healing spell (had no potionish things, stupid me), and it'd take too long and I'd die. o.o;;

In Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater I tried to get through with no Alerts and no kills,(to get the stealth camoflage) every time I got an alert, I'd use a fake death pill and press continue (it resets the area and the items you got, so I thought it would reset alerts) when I finished the game, I saw I had 47 alerts! I was so frustrated......

I have many. xD But one memorable one was when I was playing Pokemon Yellor on my GBC. My sister little sister was mad at me, and turned off my GBC while I was playing. Sadly, foolish little me forgot to save, and I lost 5 badges worth of playtime. XD

I was playing Day of Reckoning for GCN about my 3rd time through, tring to get my guy to have awsome stats. Well I got my guys stats up to 97% after finishing the last half of the game. Unfortunately I tripped over my GCN pug into the wall and it went off, and I hadn't saved. I did play through again though and lucky got my stats up to 97% again.

When I had just started my Crystal game [I was a n00b back then xD] I had finally beat Bugsy, but my GBA was plugged into the wall through an AC adapter, and my sister tripped on it, and I hadn't saved ;_;

[I beat Bugsy easily after that, but, it terrified me for a moment. He used to be hard back when I thought Pokemon games were hard =P]

On my old TV,the screen was very dim.This made it very hard to
get through dark places.I spent a week on Quest 64(it has a very
not-worthwhile ending)trying to get through the fire cave.
