www.100webspace.com is the best free host I've found. Yes, they do place a small ad at the top of your page, but its not anywhere as intrusive as some others I've seen, and no pop-ups. You can check out the plan at www.100webspace.com/freeplan.html The admin panel is easy to use, and you're allowed 5 subdomains, so you could have 5 little sites just from one place. I have two of my sites hosted there and have been very satisfied ^_^
~Where's the "Free Hosts" thread...? I didn't want to make a whole new topic about this, but, I don't see the stickied thread >:( Anyway, I posted this because I know a lot of Pokésites are struggling on hostultra or some other free host without many features ^_^
