Well, here I am again. I have made some more peoms and shall continue my poetic writing. I am now trying to make love poems and cute and heartwarming poems about animals. I do hope members shall like them, read them, and give me some feedback and advice. ^^

The Beauty Of a Single Woodpecker

Woodpecker, pecking in the tree above,
Like a guardian angel with the wings of a dove,
You're a bird with the eyes of gold,
And now behold,
Your beauty so bold.
I feel so passionate while looking at you,
I see your tail flare,
While you try to glare
At me from above,
You live in the willow so older,
I see your image in the shadows so bolder,
Oh woodpecker, oh woodpecker.

The Bear

Bear, please bear, where art thou?
In a tree,
Eating some honey?
Laughing at a bee joke,
So funny
Or are you getting a hug,
From someone near, who you hold dear?

Well, MD, it seems like you really appreciate animals! ^__^ In "The Beauty of a Single Woodpecker", you show the beauty of the woodpecker. In "The Bear", you show a bear's lifestyle, perhaps. Good job on these, MD!! xD;; ~origin

Thankies. Now I am planning on making a whale one. I greatly enjoy nature and barely even hate any animals.

The reason that I made one about woodpeckers is because I love birds, and the woodpecker is rarely seen in my area and I saw one this morning eating seeds off my patio and then fly to a tree where it shined it's feathers at me, peered into my eyes, and flew off. The bear one was just made in like two minutes. xD

Ooooh! I really love the woodpecker one! XD It's so cute! I get the image of you staring up at an old and majestic oak tree. Then, high in a brach is perched a woodpecker. He glares at you, showing his reign and royalty whilst fanning his tail and flutering his wings. ^^ *huggles poem*

The one with the bear is really cute too. I laughed at the thought of a bee joke. XD Great job on both poems MD! ^.~

Thankies Kelsey!
*Ish writing whale poem and one about the delicate sun flower*
I wrote everyone poem I ever made in a little book! Sure the book is little, but it's good enough for my poems! ^^

Ooie! Alex is such a wonderful poetic writer! ^_^ *huggles her and her poems* I LUB YOU SO MUCH (I'm very hyper. =3)! There's yet another animal in the building! I wubs animals! ^_^

The woodpecker poem was so wonderful! The woodpecker, yet elegant and inspiring, is among the elder trees. The bear poem describes a bear in its natural habitat, who receives yummy honey from a hive.

I absolutely adored your poems. Although I'm not a better poet than you, I think metaphors are wonderful additions to your animal poems! I shall rep you for a job well done! ^__^

The Whale's Tale

A fin reaching out,
Eye looking about,
That is how you see the whale,
With that flailing tail,
Though it may hide,
Don't you just wish you could ride,
A whale higher than the clouds?

It can swim through the ocean,
And show the devotion in it's heart,
By singing it's joyous song through the sea,
So as you can see,
Whales are beautiful creatures to me.

Break Away

I keep walking in my shadows,
Trying to break away from my hearts shallows,
But I try to do what's real,
So get away boy,
I could never appeal,
So let me break away,
I'm better off alone anyways.

So get rid of those flowers,
You don't need my love powers,
Just forget I was perfect,
Just break away from those memories,
My tears have fell,
And you can compelle,
It's over,
Just break through that glass,
As you pass,
And break away.

My two new poems are complete. Sorry for the wait. Now, I shall try also writing haikus. ^^
I hope you like them. The poem called Break Away was also intended for the song lyrics I wrote.
