(Which Sucks But It'll Have To Do For Now)
But Anyways I Don't Know Where To Start I Logged In & Went To My Hosting Section, But I Can't find where to make new pages Or Upload things.

You need to know how to use FTP. 90% of hosts that arent freewebs dont offer editors. :\

Okay since you don't know FTP, does Funpic have a "File Manager". That's what Hostultra has and Download FlashFXP - a great FTP software but it's not free.

anything that isnt freewebs or hostultra. SmartFTP is a program used to connect to ftp servers.

FTP is easy... you just click + and drag

Like I said, there are tutorials here: http://smartftp.com/support/howto/. And just do what kuni said, and you can also right click in the folder you want to upload in, then Upload>>Direct>>Files
