I am no expert but i will give u my best reply
Grumpig- i don't know him well but i think u should have quiet or sassy and i don't like bounce on him..
Swampert - surf, earthquake, ice beam, rest[ ???]@chesto berry or leftovers
Take a Mild or lonely personality
Swellow - he should not have a sassy personality since it is lowering his main strength; his speed.Instead take a jolly personality.Use -aerial ace, double team, endeavor, rest @ chesto berry
Golem - earthquake, rockslide, rest, double edge@chesto berry.Only use double edge with rock head. Personality - Impish
Mightyena - i have no clue about him because i hate him.... :P .However i know not to have 2 dark moves[drop thief].Also have a rash or naughty personality i guess......^_^
Cacturne - i think u should get a move to force a switch[roar if he can learn it]to make spikes useful.Use it to replace faint attach.

This team is OK in my books but i think it needs some real work..A pokemon with ice beam can take care of three of these pokemon. Drop Cacturne for skarmory if u want to use spikes or for a fighting type and what about fire types???????
In fact this team can be destroyed quiet easily with the proper pokemon.. :D
I strongly recommend looking at frostweavers advanced trainer guide......it really helped me.Also please forgive me for any stupid recommendations as u are one of the first teams i have reviewed........^_^

my comments!
grumpig-i dont have grumpig, i hate grumpig, i have no comment.
swampert-one of my favourite pokemon^^ but im concerned wif the moves...endeavour is a bit out of my topic of playing and hail is too. i have ice beam, surf, dive, earthquake which is a bit average tho.
swellow-i agree wif ice demon but not endeavour, instead, put fly.
mightyena-also one of my favourite pokemon. but also concerned about the moves...swagger is abit 'crappy' :dead: taunt is average :( . but i like the crunch and thief. ur a bad boi :D
cacturne-looks like crap. it is crap *to me* but the moves r good.
golem[forgot]-i agree wif ice demon. listen to him

the team is good....the pokemon are good, but the moves r average. not that i dont like them, its jsut that ur teams not very aggressive on attack. *no not on stat*
