Pokemon Sapphire: Is there anything left to do after battling/capturing rayquaza?

Get all 202 Pokemon, get Paintings in Lilycove, do all 5 battles for the 69 Trainers Eyes, keep fighting the E4 for lots of money. There's loads of things really ^_^

3. Beat the Elite Four so many times that you get really rich.

1. Item compleate (99 of all items except master ball)
2. Fill up a whole PC Box with Coffin for some random reason
3. Name all your nameless Pokemon inside the PC Box.

Catch the Regi (See a walkthrough for that), beat the Elite 4 some more to raise your Pokemon, try catching shinies, put pictures in the Lillycove Museum, and get some more Pokemon in your PokeDex. There is always something to do. For a challenge, go to the Battle Tower.

To get painting in museum you need to win contest and with really GOOOD marks, more then half of star thinges and hearts.
Artist will come and say that he had made picture and do you think that he should take it to museum.

Here is my advice if you are bored. Make a secret base and decorate it with things you like. Mix records with another person or just train Pokémon to level 100 ^_^

I became a berry enthusiast after I caught Rayquaza... tried making bushes with the most berries they could possibly hold. Some of the higher-level berries I could only get two of, but I've gotten 16 oran berries on one bush before. :D After I got some really good pokeblocks made, I did the contest thing.

Then I caught my first shiny. I decided to be a shiny hunter after that.

After hunting for about 50 hours of game time and not finding another shiny, I gave up on that and went to catching all the pokemon. Never did that, tho. Lost interest, lol.

Battle tower is freakin' hard! I hardly ever win. >_< My pokemon suck eggs, for some reason. Probably because I rarely ev train... oooh! There you go! Build up some EV powerhouses! There's always a chance you could get into a battle with a real person someday. 9_9

Btw, you could also try to steal all the items wild pokemon carry. I actually ran into another one of my shinies doing that, and I got a ton of poison barbs, twistedspoons, dragon scales, etc. They're good items for trading to your friends too. :)
