Umbreon evolution in FR/LG

I´ve got a problem on my GBA (not NetBattle :) ) :
I need to evolve Umbreon till 30.level,because i want him to teach Confuse Ray(30.level) and other attacks,which Eevee can´t learn.
Can you tell me how can I evolve Eevee till 30 lvl?Thanks for your help

You cannot evolve Eevee into Umbreon and Espeon in FR/LG. You need to trade your Eevee to Ruby/Sapphire/emerald because of the clock.

I don´t think you´re right.

He may be right. Or, it may be a random variable placed on it. Try finding a Gameshark code that'll let ya get an Eevee at max happiness, level it up, and see if it evolves. If it doesn't, Eevee won't evolve into Espeon/Umbreon in FR/LG.

Eevee DOES NOT evolve into Espeon and Umbreon in Fr/Lg. You have to trade it to Ru/Sa, then get max happiness (happiness resets when you trade), then evolve it. Umbreon during the AM and Espeon during the PM.

Soothe Bell help raise happiness, giving them items, battling, having them out on your party....not letting them faint, healing when there is a status condition, not putting them in you PC..stuff like that effects happiness levels.

Seeeeeeeeee, I was right. I'm just joking. Soothe Bell will help you and Vitamins and beatinf others with that pokemon and grooming by Daisy, these is only for not EEVEE evolutions.
I'm sorry but you need to trade Eevee to R/S/E or import it from Colosseum.

why don't you just do the easy thing.

and give your eevee the vitamins and get half the Ev training out of the way
while at the same time raising it's happiness.

Umbreon has high defenses so give it the vitamins that raise
Def and Sp.Def you should also probably give it 10 HP ups that way
when it evolves into umbreon it'll love ya.

I'm not sure how it evolves on fire red/leaf green
I just hatched the eevee egg in Fire and traded over to sapphire and gave it
the medicines and it evolved. then I just finished the EV training

My umbreon ROCKS!!!!
