Okay, for the fourth and hopefully final time…Starting the staff feedback thread again.

If you have a complaint with a public staff action it goes here, if it’s a private matter such as a rude PM or rep abuse please Private message on of the praetors or admins for further assistance. Any post made not having to do with a staff members public actions (closing, sticking, etc) will be deleted and the member will be sent a PM explaining the deletion. An answer to a members question will be sent if possible.

Any complaints about inactive mods should be left to PMing a praetor or admin from now on, this thread is solely for the purpose of mod/s-mod/praetor PUBLIC action that you find unfair.

I just have 1 question: why should something like an admin abusing the rep system be kept private? Yes, not everyone can see it, but isn't this thread to give feedback on staff, both good and bad? I'm not trying to start anything, but it doesn't really make sense to me. oO;

The Mods didn't know about it but the higher Staff did talk about it. We don't go out and do big things without talking about it with the other Staff (even if it is just the higher Staff).

The higher staff are all the staff except the mods. XD So that means it's the S-Mod through to the Root Admins. n_n

As for OGF, I suggested it in HQ, and most of the higher staff agreed, so I just put it into operation. Simple as that really ^_^

Tommy's been on, as he posted in the T-Dome not so long ago, but he said at the beginning of the school year that he definitely wouldn't be on as much. So... yeah.

I have to say that the two newest mod choices were GREAT! I KNOW that Kylie and Toto will do awesome cause Kylie used to mod my board and Toto does an AWESOME job at mForums...

Since this thread is both negative and positive feedback ::-

I personally feel Mr Cat Dog has been doing an amazing job here after getting S-modded. He's been online almost all the time, organised OGF and has also tended all reports very quickly though I've seen him make one or 2 errors in Hacking. Great job Jon and keep up the good work.

Also Mori Whatever (Kelsey, I forgot her last name) is doing a great job in Other Writing. I don't visit Newbie Forum & Pokemon General that much, so I don't know but in OW, she's been working very hard and doing a splendid job in keeping the forums clean, organised and spam-free. She is very helpful there and I hope you carry on the good job.

I've not seen F_T that online, this month. Is she facing any problem? I think Miyu should be modded there as Other Roleplaying has totally 3 forums and consists of a lot of newbies. MC is very regular in OR and will do a classic job there.

Last, I hope no one will post about Alexiz's absence and irregulariy for the past 2 months. He is facing bad personal problems and is feeling down currently, also is working, so it might be some time until he comes back to his previous regularity.

Evelina would be a good ORP mod, but I personally have somebody else in mind. Not really all that active, though he's definitely mod material. ^_^; However, you should know that we're not going to jump right off the bat and demote Rachel. Trust me, she is by no means in the inactive legions of staff.

You are welcome and I telling the truth combined with my feelings. Well, you could check the forum descriptions before you move, but there is a lot confusion currently and I started a thread here but no one replied. ^-~.(Isn't this your symbol?LOL!)

Most forums do well with only 2 mods and maximum 3. I'm not sure if PC's needing any mor emods for a while, at least not yet. When another 100 members come I guess just promote one person. That's my best suggestion.

I think you are a bit wrong over here Ana. The main reason PC chooses members for moderation is when they feel a forum needs one, not just because the member is good^^. Though that has happened quite a few times in the past.

But currently almost all forums have enough mods to look after them, so yeah, there's not much need. I'm telling this to my maximum knowledge of PC from what I've seen here in the past 8 months. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I think Pokémon General is fine for now, seeing as MCD will probably keep a close eye on the forums he once moderated. As for Other Writing, it's fine with Lance, seeing as OW is a fairly smoothly-running forum.
