I've a question about the "other forums" rule

Would it be inappropriate (or more to the point, against the rules) for me to post a thread in the "Other Chat" forum for the purpose of venting about (what I feel is) unfair treatment I received in a forum at another site? The reason I'm asking this is because I believe the rules say that talking about other forums is taboo, and I thought I'd better make sure first. And I'm really cheesed about what happened to me. :( They're a VERY well known and popular Message Board, and I want to make a point of warning people about harsh treatment. I don't intend to include URL's, but I would like to say the name of their main website.

Would that be against the rules?

You can vent via PM or a messenger, but PC doesn't support talking behind other forum's backs, regardless how bad you feel.

Well PC has nothing to do with that other forum so it would be locked if you started a thread about it (even in OC).

I think I'll just go beat up on some Zigzagoon for a while. That usually calms me down. :P
