Help in the Lost cave on the 5th Island puzzle!

Yeah I need help in it. I go to the ladder first to get down, then there are 2 doors. One up, and one down. I take both and I end up in the same place.

There are ones on the sides too. The puzzle is tht you have to count the rocks then go to the side on which the number would appear on a clock.

Go to 6 island and then go to dotted hole and then you go to this cave-like place. And shouldnt you make a new thread or something?
