... try reading the Advanced Trainer's Guide... this seems like it follows some aspect of the guide but missing other aspects of it as well. Only Kyogre is usable (standard Kyogre) while Rayquaza stands a chance as long as Blissey is dead already (but it'll be hard for this team to knock out the egg)...

team lacks Stat EXP, so your pokemon are very very weak indeed.

Skarm: What's the point of having agility? Once skarm goes down, out comes claydol, rapid spin, and it's gg spikes.

Ray: Better off with a physical sweeper than a special one. Gains speed via dancing too.

Uber user = bad bad.

Super duper ice beam weakness = worse.

actually... Flygon is probably the worst dragon type in the game because it's the only one without dance ^_^;

A "better" Pokemon than Skarmory? There must be some mistake here... Skarmary is out of the most common thing out there because of just how annoying and powerful this guy is in pseudohazing and spiking (archrival= Claydol)

all of the other dragon depends... They all excel in different categories. However Flygon is "average" in all category which makes it hard to use. Plus it also have a poor elemental combination, not to mention limited movepool and its stats can't support both elemental and physical attacks (due to limited movepool, you like have to use both).
