I've taken a highly academic approach to teambuilding. Here's my "beat the snot out of 'em" team that has nearly perfect element structure, and the movesets. Can't decide which to drop so Steelix and Snorlax are alternates.

a team with perfect element structure would be:
(you can't get a team that has good balance with a bigger advantage b/w # of plus matchups and # of minus matchups than the following...)
Skarmory
Latios
Kingdra
[Steel/Fighting]
[Ghost/Dark]
[Fire/Grass]

whether or not u have all the type coverage the fact that the movesets can't work will make all that work useless...

EVs - Sp,SpAtt,hp
psychic
ice punch/recover
fire punch/recover
thunderpunch/recover
He can't survive any physical hit, so counter is out of the question and he has no attacking stat to speak of so hyper beam is gone.

A water type with the moves surf and ice beam could easily take out 5 of your pokemon. Element structure pssh.

I dunno where you got the idea that Hyper Beam Kazam was good... Even if Hyper Beam was usable, Kazam has extremly low physical attack power, so it does close to nothing... Just take Ice Demons advice.
