A very good team for a first team... heh i lost count at how many teams i have to make and how many fireproof shields I used up to actually understand team building in the past... Certainly the guide may help you. Next time be sure to post your item attachments and personality!

Manectric- just give it modest along with a lum berry and you're set to go (standard moveset)

Gardevoir- use wish instead of shadowball... shadowball is actually a physical attack though it doesn't make any sense (yes Gardevoir is capable of learning wish because of Pokemon Box... you can't get it offline but be prepared to see this option for online battles very soon). As always, modest ability. Be sure to have sychronize instead of trance!

Heracross- the guide has a good moveset for Heracross listed there... that's my preferred one if you're going with a Heracross with reversal which seems to be the case.

Ludicolo- i thought that there's only one moveset for this freak...

Ludicolo- calm @ leftovers
-dive (yes dive! for once and only once dive is actually preferred)
-leech seed
-surf
-synthesis/rest

Wobbuffet- replace safeguard with destiny bond... be careful using this guy as it takes quite a bit of judgement making if the opponent has a stat buffer or not (if it does then you're screwed). Attach leftovers and take bold/calm (to reduce damage from confusion)

Starmie- not a good tanker even with recover and cosmic power... drop cosmic power for ice beam. Give it modest along with leftovers or lum berry

Problem:
-no physical attacker which is "Blissey please kill me"... after Heracross is gone, it's all over...
-only 2 Pokemon can kill Shedinja (excluding destiny bond from Wobbuffet)... it's ok i guess but just something to beware of
-lack pseudohazer... Ninjask will kill you badly
-Mean Look will also destroy this team due to pseudohaze missing... Dusclops anyone/
-"resistancy to Snorlax for this team? zero point 1" <- MUST FIX. Don't expect Heracross to be superman to be responsible for Snorlax, Blissey, Umbreon, Dusclop, and Shedinja... It can only do so much... plus it's dead meat against Tyrannitar (auto-sandstorm)

though it seems like it has a lot of problems, movesets on Pokemon are very well done for a first time tackling competitive battling. ^_^

I replaced Raichu's Thunder Wave with Strength... and Metagross's Strength with Facade... By the way, Heracross's Rock Smash is only to lower defense. Yes, I also have a level 55 Xatu with : Wish, Aerial Ace, Psychic, and Confuse Ray(one of my favorite attacks.)
