Pokemon Kanto Adventures! (help needed!)

This is a set of hacks I am making called pokemon Kanto Adventures. There will be one of Gold, Crystal, Ruby, and Fire Red. This will take hard work, but i am sure with some help i can pull it off. I need a english working Pokedex editor, Someone who can script/edit hex, spriter (only for a while hopefully, :P and help finding/getting new tools.
