Okay to start off...
Your Blissey is good but you should try this moveset.
Blissey
@Leftovers
Heal Bell
Thunderwave
Seismic toss
Softboiled
Blissey is a good pokemon to have and toug to beat, so you should choose its moves carefully.
For Lapras, you shouln't limit its attacks, just giving it all water and ice, isn't good on your part. Each move should be able to cover it in any situation. So you don't need more than one ice attack. Here's my suggestion for a moveset:
Lapras
@ Leftovers
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Confuse Ray
HMs are pretty much useless in battle, except for surf.
Don't just limit your pokemon to physical attacks it needs at least one to up its stats. So this moveset would be best.
Tyranitar
@ Leichi Berry
Crunch
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Rockslide
Dragons easily fall to ice and lightning attacks, so just in case you are put in that situation, you'll need a few of these attacks.
Dragonite
@Chesto Berry/Leftovers
Aerial Ace/Wing Attack
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Dragon Dance
Fly is very bad, as it gives your opponent time to switch out, up its stats, protect or use an attack such as dive, dig, solar beam, or fly. It leaves you open. Dragonite is a dragon, so it should also have a fire attack handy. Either flamethrower of fireblast will do.
Salamence
@ Choice Band
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Dragon Dance
Fly maybe useful outside of battle, but your opponent could easily swith out on you or BP with a rock or groud type. Dragon Claw really isn't needed.
6th Pokemon:
Gardevoir
@Salac Berry
Psychic
Will-O-Wisp
Calm Mind
Thunder Bolt
I suggest Gardevoir as you sixth Pokemon, as it is a good psychic type. I really don't like using legendaries.

Blissey can sub that T-Wave for Ice Beam, that way you can pick on Gengar.
