How do You raise your Pokemon?

I raise one by about 5-10 levels and then train the next one until each one in my party is an equal level, then I go to my box and switch over. Thats how I do it?

i keep my starter at 1 level higher that the rest, who i try to keep at teh same level. kiinda hard, considering at some places one pkmn is most effective, and he grows like 7 levels (like my oddish in rock tunnel).

lol yeah, I think I might add to mine, say, if my starter is at level 5 (duuhhhh) then I train him/her (hey, I'm not sexist) to level ten, then train all the others to level ten, so I stop at every 5th level lol

I just raise one Pokemon to a high level then change to another.

To efficiently train pokemon to their full potential, i usually keep on getting the same pokemon i want, and them picking the one wiht the best stats and nature. I rare candy up to 100, then EV train them with macho brace. i use the box trick can my pokemon ends up with very high EVs in the stats i want.

I use a team of zigzagoons with pickup to get rare candies, all depends on luck...

I keep one pokemon first in my party and bring it to a certain level, then change which pokemon is first in my party and bring it to a certain level, etc.

I just level up whatever I can (no wonder I have a Lv.100 Venasaur in my Green version, while the others are still in their Lv70's...)

I believe that that evey one trains up their stater so high is because it is their First and strongest pokemon

I catch a the pkemon i want to train at the lowest possible level so i get the satisfaction of knowing i traioned it by more levels when it gets to 100, then i just redo the pokemon league over and over with it having the EXP share attached to it until its at least level 80, then i do the same thing with a new pokemon, and keep the old one in my party to battle and gain experience.

I choose the one I want to train, stick it as the first one on my team, and pull the "bait and switch" trick so it gains a portion of experience

This may be slow and time consuming, but it's worth it.

if u do that then advie that u also equip the pokemon that u r swithcing out with the macho brace, the lucky egg, or the EXP share, they will get even more EXP, but u probably knew that!

Actually, you can do that without those three items and do perfectly fine.

I try to keep all my pokemon at the same level. Other than that, I look at who I'm battling (like in the elite) and see who needs to be the strongest and go off of that. Usually my electric type i strongest because of that.

I train my Pokemon 'till it evolves and then switch to another.

I try to train all my pokemon to the same level, which takes time and can get very boring...

I try to train my starter up to lvl10 or above at first, and then, as I catch pokemon I want, I use bait and switch until the pokemon I'm focused on is strong enough to battle by itself. As I go deeper into the game, Exp share comes into play especially if I want to level up a new pokemon quickly, or lvl up a straggler in the team. By using exp share and the bait and switch technique,a pokemon can grab 75% of the exp points going.
Once I've got my team, I try to train each one up so many levels i.e at the moment, in Crystal, I've got Suicune at lvl43, Gyarados at lvl44, Haunter at lvl 45, and Typhlosion at lvl 43. I'll train each in turn until they're all @45, then start again, aiming for lvl50...

This is all whilst I'm still aiming for the elite 4: once I've beaten them, I'll start using them to train up, as well ashunting down any trainers who might want to battle again. Very occasionally, when I'm out of trainers, I'll use wild pokemon, but they don't give as many exp. points and training using them can be tedious in the extreme.

At this point, if I want to level up a weak Pokemon, I give it Exp Share and let it sit on the sidelines while my Level 80+ fight in the Deep Colosseum. They level up in no time. And with the money I earn (assuming I'm using the Amulet), I can buy a bunch of stat builders.
